Shayna Playa was a big, beautiful house with a private pool and awesome porch area. The house was nicely styled, clean, spacious and had everything we needed for cooking. I enjoyed my early morning coffee on the front porch. The landscaping is beautiful! The parking is around back off the main road which was nice, we fit 3 cars.

Convenient location for stores, gas, groceries. a very short car ride to the beach. We never had any issue finding parking. There was a day dolphin were swimming up and down the coast.

Our coffee maker was broken and I reached out to property communications and they immediately fixed the issue within an hour. Communications were fast and efficient. I received a text or email each day checking in asking if we needed anything or had questions.

We checked out one day early due to weather. A guest forgot some of her clothes and reached out to property owner who was very friendly and compensated her for losses.

Wish we had had more time to spend in St. Simon! We also visited Jekyll Island and rode horses. We ate at Echo, nice place by the water and Fiddlers was delicious!
I recommend this area and this house.

Buyer beware when staying at a Lilmar Vacations property. My family had scheduled a spring break trip to the Oleander Cottage on St Simons Island. 13 days (and about 12 hours) prior to our reservation we realized we had booked for the wrong week. As soon as we realized our mistake we reached out to Lilmar Vacations. The contract we signed with them stipulated that at 14 days they were no longer required to offer any form of refund. Initially the first representative we spoke to offered that we could switch to one of their other properties for the correct timeframe of our spring break, the properties offered were slightly smaller than the Oleander Cottage but we were more than willing to switch and still pay the more expensive fee we had agreed to with the original rental. However, when we called back to arrange/review the options and make the switch the representative we spoke to told us that the “owner” was unwilling to allow any exceptions as we had signed the contract. The only concession they were willing to make was moving the reservation by 1 day, which was not feasible for us as it did not correspond with our spring break. As of the writing of this review I will not receive any refund from Lilmar Vacations as the contract (they repeatedly pointed back to the contract, the contract, the contract) allowed Lilmar Vacations to keep my money. I understand the contract, I read the contract, but I made a mistake. Instead of offering any kind of real solution Lilmar Vacations opted to hide behind their contract to keep my money. Oh, and they’re now trying to rent the Oleander Cottage for the days I reserved for even more money than what I paid. Buyer beware, read the contract and understand that they will hold you to the exact language of that contract without exception or any kind of understanding. They are clearly more interested in making a profit than customer service.

Our family had the opportunity to stay at Lemon Tree over the summer. It was our first time to SSI and couldn’t have loved it more! The home was large and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having the pool at home, and the convenience of the beaches nearby was perfect. We will definitely be back to Lemon-tree!

Fantastic vacation rental company! Excellent communication and customer service starting a week before our trip. I cannot say enough about how prepared we were for our stay. We didn't have any hiccups and any concerns were addressed immediately. Will be referring anyone to use Lilmar in the future! Thanks so much for perfect memories this weekend.

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Walker’s Bliss and it was the best yet! In the past year we have been staying here, it is obvious that the owners take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests and respond to suggestions. Each time there has been changes and updates. It is always so clean. The beds are super comfy. New art was added and a rug in the family room, as well as new patio furniture. We walked downtown to dinner both nights and watched the sunset from the pier. Did not have time to swim this trip, but there were people in the pool. Thank you for always providing a great experience for our beach get-aways!

Myself and 7 other ladies stayed at Shayna Playa in Saint Simon Island, GA on May 6-10. The house was very nice and clean. The pool was also great! We had an issue with the coffee maker and notified the property manager and it was replaced that day - talk about customer service! They were responsive to messages.

I mistakenly left some clothing items at the house. Lilmar Properties and their staff went above and beyond to help resolve this issue.

The owners, staff and their properties are top notch and I highly recommend staying at one of their properties!

This is our second stay at Georgia Peach Cottage and we will be back for our third stay. The property is exceptionally well maintained and appointed. It is clean, comfortable, and ideally suited for my family which consists of 5 adults and one small child. It is close to East Beach, the village, and shopping. In other words, all the reasons you would be on St. Simons are less than a mile or so away. The price/value ratio was definitely in our favor!

Lilmar is just simply great to work with. They made sure that we were “ checked in” (there were no problems) and stayed in communication to ensure that our needs were met (they were!). Even if you do not rent this particular property, use Lilmar for your next vacation.

Myself and 7 of my friends booked a property with Lilmar properties in St. Simon’s island on May 6th to the 11th. The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager was very responsive to our questions while we were there. One of my friends accidentally left some belongings behind. They were unfortunately unable to locate them, but the owner of the company personally called my friend to make things right. I was very impressed with his customer service! I would definitely recommend this company for any property rentals!
