I strongly advise against doing any business here. The customer service was absolutely terrible, primarily due to the unprofessional attitude of the staff. The workers were rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Despite greeting the guy who works there, I was met with no response. It's clear they have no understanding of how to treat customers with respect or courtesy. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you're looking for a business that values its customers, this is definitely not the place to go. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this establishment.

For those of you who think good customer service is obsolete; well it is not! You need to go to the FedEx- Liberty Shipping Solutions Service in Hinesville near the Ollies. They give the best customer service to people who are very very novice and they’re very very kind and polite. Oh did I mention they do a very professional job even when you come in there and don’t have a clue as to what you want/need. 👏🏽🌹

FedEx wasn’t exactly forthright about this transaction. The email said to simply take the QR code to any location. At this location, the lady said it would cost $2 to print my label. (Seriously?) Then it rang up as $2.85 after which she explained that it was because the charge was less than $5. All this on top of the fact that she wasn’t very friendly. Ugh. Next time I’ll print my own label at home for way less than $2.85.

I went in today to print cards last minute. Both ladies were so helpful and went out of their way to help me with printing that’s usually not done in store! Cards came out great. Would definitely use them again!

I love visiting this location. Kayla is awesome with her customer service she made me feel very comfortable in assisting me on how to print...she didn't make feel stupid becuz I didn't know how. That was second time dealing with her and her personality was the same. Thank you Kayla!!!
