Dan has done our taxes for 25 years and was great. But this year was so different. I called 10 times from different numbers, always having to leave a message and NEVER got a return phone call. I even had other people call and they never have received a call back. Professionalism has truly gone out the window. I also sent 4 emails and never got responses. I had to seek out someone new to help with taxes and am very glad I did. I would not advise anyone to use LeClair and Martin.

Dan used to be the best!! For 17 years he was great!! In 2021 he didn’t even file our taxes after we signed all the paperwork. Called him for over a year and no call back or text back. We had to go to another Tax company!!

Dan used to be outstanding. Since 2021, he takes months (literally) to get a response. I am seeking legal action now due to my 2020 and 2021 taxes still not being filed or accepted after years of slow and painful errors and non communication.

I don't know what happened to this business. Dan Leclair was great for many years but is now completely unresponsive as to why tax returns have not been filed with the IRS. If you're looking for someone to do your tax filing, find someone else.

We did our 2015 taxes with him and were very happy but this year is a completely different story.

As of 8/21/17 I am still trying to get my 2016 tax return filed. in April I provided our paperwork and we were told an extension was filed and our taxes would be completed in late May.

Other than one call about a month ago, where I was told I would have them in a week or two, I have received no response.

I finally just made an appointment with another accountant after numerous emails and voicemails went unreturned.

I hate to even leave a review about this man because he has been great for years but like others has said this year is really different and he’s not answering calls he’s not returning phone calls like he’s dropped off the face of the Earth. I am very disappointed.
