VERY DISSAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! Ms. Garcia was unfortunately appointed as Guardian Ad Litem by a prominent Dekalb Co. Judge S. to a custody case which involved my children. The case was prolonged in my opinion costing FAR more than the original agreed upon retainer fee. My experience had led me to believe that Ms. Garcia had been biased and untrustworthy with her investigation and or fact finding which clearly demonstrated to what I believe a certain level of incompetency to fulfill her role as the Guardian Ad Litem. Fortunately, for the many supportive records/reports filed by DFCS the determination to provide a GA Safety Plan had allowed me to have full custody of my children from the inception of the case.
