Jim David took $5,000 from my wife to represent her because her ex husband stopped providing health insurance on his 3 children with no notice. He said she had a case but nothing ever happened. No court appearance , nothing. My wife repeatedly tried to contact about the progression of her case for over 2 years and could never get an answer from his office. She finally asked for her money back and received $1,500 back. He came highly recommended by a neighbor and friend but he did nothing for my wife but take her money.. She now has the belief that the good people can't bring the rule Breakers to justice , even if you pay for it. I , as the step parent, began to provide health insurance for her children and I make less income than he does.
My wife was very disappointed and lost even more money trying to right the wrong.

My dad and his brother contacted him for services in October. I saw where he had cash a check for $400. I contacted him and told him my dad was being tested for early dementia. I am his primary caregiver and have power of attorney over him. Just wanted to let you know before they provide anymore services. Not sure what the $400 was for. My daddy never returned to his office because he doesn’t remember going to visit with him. They didn’t render any service but cash his check for $400. I have been to his office several times and he will not meet or talk with me about refunding his money. My dad live off social security and need his money back. Please don’t use this attorney office.

Had an awesome experience with this man and his firm.I was in a bad place in my life,and got myself into a bad situation,and didn't know what to do.After hiring this man him and his team looked out for myself and best interest and got me started on bettering myself and way of living.He is awesome and I do not know where I would be if it hadn't been for him!
