They were great. I went in to get a canvas poster, and they were very nice to me and got it looking so good stretched over the frame they gave me
(edit: i have heard they stopped doing this now, and that saddens me because it was a great service)

I guess depending on your need, this place may be great for you, however for my needs…it is not. The quality and timeliness of service has gone down considerably since the change of ownership. I usually use them to print out documents as printer ink is just so expensive. If you’re using them to ship a package, you may have a great experience but for printing things, I’ll probably go elsewhere.

Very nice and thorough! They always help me with my Amazon returns. Last return I had a huge air mattress. The young lady saw me struggling through the window and came to my assistance. I really feel appreciated and valued as a customer.

Seriously SO impressed by this business center- the employees are super kind and helpful and print your documents for you after you send it to their store email...the woman helping me did it way faster than I could’ve, and it was definitely cheaper than other mail centers like UPS/Fedex...$2 for 3 full page color images. And their paper is so bizarrely nice that I actually commented on it, definitely worth a visit if you need printing services

After receiving a quote for printing and cutting I went in and got poor service. The girl measuring one page and used that page to cut the rest of the pages resulting in crooked, uneven lines. It looked like a 2 year old cut it. Needless to say they didn't fit in my picture frames correctly. My husband went back with the frames and was informed they wouldn't redo it because they told me they wouldn't be perfect and they needed the frames. They NEVER told me they needed the frames. I would have gone back with the frames before getting them cut if I had been told that. Then the manager left leaving two young girls to not provide a solution for my husband. They informed him they don't usually do cutting services but they did it to be nice to me (never told me that either). If it's a service they don't normally do why did I get a quote including cutting services?
We printed them again and I cut straight lines at home with a box cutter. Never going back here again! The manager LEFT THE STORE without offering any kind of solution and was rude.
