I'm really disappointed. I have been scammed , I used her services 3 months ago. When I called, there was no answer , texted as same . Finally called I R S, then found out they never received my files.
Went to the office, the neighbor said, "It's been 2 months, she's gone.
Are you suspended? Have you lost your license? Why scammed people's?

In 2018 my mother filed taxes with Kim, it seemed like in the beginning everything would go well, and that the return will be issued as promptly as it could be. It's now 2021 my mother hasn't received the return, this is a very concerning matter and it was bought to the attention last year to the accountant however nothing was done regarding the matter nor was it followed up.
