One of the first things that impressed me with John was he was very responsive he even answered himself when I called. Before I even hired him he was willing to talk explaining the process and walking me through everything. He’s rate was very reasonable. He came with good recommendations from family and friends. I have left messages on his cell phone, the office number and via text message. With no response. I have no idea where my case is at. I have asked several times for my case file with no response.
His voicemail has the current day and states he will return your call.
It’s been 7 months and I have not received a return call.
