If you are looking for an attorney that is willing to work "outside the box" on a real estate transaction Mr. Felt is your attorney. I spent all day on the phone calling attorneys to help me with a real estate transaction and they all told me all they did was traditional closings with conventional mortgages. As soon as I told M . Felt what i was trying to do he immediately told me he could do that and had done it before and sounded very confident. He did it. He also answers my phone calls every time I call him. I have never had to leave him a voicemail. How many attorneys can you say that about? Mr Felt took a frustrating process and turned it into a pleasurable experience. Thanks Mr. Felt!
