Let’s just say, they get the job done. I was referred by my co-worker who I drilled prior and I am ever so pleased. They follow-up with you as they state and to the end ensuring they are available for any concerns that may arise. I have not received a refund in years with a child until I started with them. Cynthia and Angela were a true pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them others.

Emailed them 2 weeks ago to see if they could re-do my taxes for last year - they told me to upload my info for last tax year to their website, and they'd take a look. Did that, and they said "great, we'll reach out soon".

I wait a week, and nobody reached out to me. I reach out again asking when they'll be contacting me. Another 5 days pass... still no response.

Not sure why I did all the work of uploading my info (including sensitive items like my social security number), for them to just go silent.

At least have someone reach out saying if/when they will or will not work on my taxes, instead of keeping me waiting in the dark.
