Mrs. Hynes is phenomenal!!! I had a very unique situation and she made sure to do everything she could for the outcome we were hoping for. She always answered my calls, texts and emails. I never once had to worry about communication with her as to being informed about my case. She is not only very knowledgeable, professional and good at what she does, but is also very kind and personable. She did everything in a timely manner. I never had to question anything about what was going on, as she kept me up to date on everything. You can not get this sort of representation from very many. She is a true gem and a blessing to my family. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her to anyone needing a family attorney. I am so glad that I found her.

Useing a off Google ID to protect myself ..... I've waited a year as to explain my experience this lawfirm assured me they could handle my divorce in more then a timely matter "come to find out their insurance was running out" when she set a date 3 week later that was not acceptable to me she demanded we go though with it I informed her had more evidence to present she argued with me I had a ptsd breakdown going trough court with her bc of evidence that didn't get admitted and she had a prior relationship with the presiding judge which of both decided I was guilty before I ever got to court ... bonus tho upon asking for my file that in all forms is the original paper copy by law not a copy she refused me and brought a digital copy to me that after a hour of looking I found bits of my file " I really didn't think I should be looking as it contained other people's vital information. Thinking a honest mistake I contacted Ms Hynes and she attacked me saying it was not hers untill I found a digital copy f from another attorney at a date years ago " also the judge for my divorce " and correspondence was to ms Hynes I've repeatedly asked Ms Hynes for my file and she has refused as soon as my other legal battles are finished I will contact whom I need to to move forward with my already filled out complaints ......... heres the proof! lie somemore about defamation or me having serious problems that require Profesional help and ill dump the content of that thumb drive here also ! then sue you

I've read through the reviews and can only suspect that any negative ones were probably self caused. I worked with Danielle and her staff over the last 2 years. She has been by my side since the beginning. The knowledge/wisdom she had as well as court room demeanor was awesome. She's handled my divorce, and my custody matters. And at the end of the day, she provided me and my family a service that will never be forgotten. I recommend her for any of your family law needs.

This law firm has been amazing! Unfortunately I have been through 3 other attorneys between moves, attorney's changing practice type, and not having availability to take the cases. Danielle and her entire team have been the most compassionate, and professional that I have dealt with. Every letter or email Danielle has sent on my behalf has been professional and direct which is very helpful in a time where our emotions are high. She and her team were so understanding and willing to listen - on many occasions Danielle herself even gave me a quick pep talk on how to handle situations. This whole team of professionals have made this horrific experience much easier to deal with. We have not been to court yet, but "win" or "lose" my opinion won't change. Danielle has done everything in her power to fight for my 9 yr old who doesn't have a voice in the court system. Thank you to each of you at Hynes Family Law for helping me keep my sanity through this case.

My needs were put first and I was treated as a friend rather than a number. My opinions were valued and my doubts were always reassured. My nerves were calmed through both of my divorces and custody cases. The process was always explained to me.(communication is key in any situation, Danielle and her staff were crystal clear on everything and it was even written for refrence) Danielle fought hard for my children's best intrest as well as mine. If I could leave this lady a negative star, I absolutely would. This lady told me to not allow my daughter so see her father for
visitation because he left bruises on her back, so I kept my daughter from him for 6 months. Then when he finally served me and we ended up in court this lady acted like she had amnesia. I ended up getting contempt because she lied about everything she told me to do. She even told me to see a counselor bethanne grant. That was a complete waste of money. This lady literally stole my money. I can't explain how much I resent this woman. Never ever trust her!
