I have been going to Adnan for our taxes for several years, following a recommendation from a family friend, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I’ve encountered numerous issues that have made it impossible to continue trusting him with our financial matters.

First and foremost, communication has been a major problem. On multiple occasions, I tried reaching him by phone and text, especially when I needed important paperwork for an urgent matter. Unfortunately, he did not respond to any of my calls or messages for over two weeks. As a business professional, this level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable. When you're dealing with something as important as taxes and financial documentation, you expect timely communication and reliability — qualities I found sorely lacking here.

Additionally, I found Adnan’s fees to be significantly higher than other CPAs I’ve worked with in the past, especially considering the quality of service provided. He charges a premium, but in my opinion, the value does not justify the cost.

When it comes to his expertise, I was also left disappointed. Whenever I asked detailed questions regarding my taxes or financial matters, his responses were vague and unhelpful. He would provide minimal answers without offering a full explanation or helping me understand the bigger picture. This lack of clear, knowledgeable communication only added to my frustration, as it seemed like he was avoiding providing in-depth answers.

Ultimately, I cannot recommend Adnan to others. The combination of poor communication, high fees, and lack of helpful, knowledgeable responses is unacceptable for anyone seeking reliable tax assistance. I would advise seeking out another professional who is more responsive, transparent, and knowledgeable.
