I highly recommend Hamilton Trust, Estate & Elder Law. They assisted my parents with a will and later a trust account. Teresa Sisco was invaluable to me as executor in settling the account.
She was a great communicator and had answers to all my questions. She worked to make sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. Mr. Hamilton also spoke to me on several occasions when I was in the office and the receptionist always greeted me with a smile. She also relayed messages to Teresa for me in a timely manner. Mr. Hamilton and his coworker, Krystin, were top-notch. I needed to prepare my mother's estate to financially secure her a place in a nursing home. Mr. Hamilton and Krystin set up a plan so I could financially take care of my mother. They know all the ins and outs of Medicaid and fought for my mother to receive the appropriate benefits since last year. The Medicaid system in Georgia is not very user friendly, but I didn't have to do anything except rely on this group. Krystin explained, in detail, what information she needed to start the process and further explained, step-by-step what I needed to do for my mother. You simply cannot go wrong when using Mr. Hamilton for you estate planning needs.

After my father passed I did an online search and came across Hamilton Trust. They were very prompt in contacting me by phone after I sent them the initial email. I had so many questions and did not know where to start but they helped immensely! I work with Teresa during this long process and she was so amazingly helpful and I could not have asked for anything better. She answered all my emails and phone calls promptly and gave me so much guidance. She helped me understand the whole probate process in terms I could understand. Teresa and Hamilton trust were life savers for me and my family. I hope to not need their services in the future but if I did I would go straight to them without hesitation!
