Winston has been such a great help to me and my husband. We had some unfortunate luck with a registered agent that left us with lot more questions than answers about a new business and how all the activities needed to be structured in concert with our personal goals. Winston took the time to gain understanding about our past experiences, our intentions, and our level of understanding; and provided us with a manageable path forward.

We have now addressed everything that was outstanding and feel confident about using the advice he has given us for the current and future tax years. The first time we met, my husband and I just popped up at his office without an appointment. Mr. Winston took the time to meet with us to see how he could be of any assistance. Right away, we knew that he was going to be our tax guy. The first impression is everything, and he made a great impression on us.
