Sean and Mike are wonderful to work with-every time! They make sure my packages are packed carefully and securely and send me a receipt with tracking so I know when a package will arrive and when it does arrive.

Dropped off a package at 10:30 a.m. It's now 4:15 p.m. and they are just now packing it up after we drove back 10 miles because we hadn't heard anything. Isiah was a rude smart alec when I complained. Sat down and started eating his lunch even though we said we would wait. Then proceeded to wait on another customer.

I often drop my Amazon returns at Goin Postal that I pack, tape, label and scan. In my last visit I noticed a “TIP” jar placed by the owners to offset their profits from being an Amazon drop off point which they received money from per package. Why should I tip when I am doing the work? I will now go to Mountain Parcel in Blairsville where I feel my business is appreciated more.
