I lived in Galveston for 4 years and have always received exceptional service from Galveston Pack and Ship from every employee. Everyone has always been incredibly helpful and kind. The cherry on top, though, has been in the last few days as I've packed up my apartment and shipped out nearly all my belongings via this pack and ship location. Abe was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and kind through the process, giving me recommendations on what to do and also letting me borrow their dolly/hand truck to bring all my boxes over from next door. I'm moving by myself so having him offer this to me was such a relief. He also helped me bring them all in from outside, made sure they were taped up well, and was so patient in processing all my boxes for me on a very hot and humid day. He then proceeded to help me get the best price by applying every discount he could to my packages. I couldn't have asked for a better pack and ship in general for my day to day use, but also for my moving needs. Would absolutely recommend this pack and ship to anyone with any shipping needs!

A huge thanks to the team at Galveston Pack & Ship. We accidentally left some baggage when leaving from a cruise and my wife had a family emergency. They worked with us and shipped our baggage to us overnight. I can't thank them enough, I cannot remember the lady's name that helped me but, you are a lifesaver. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you so much!!

I had forgotten one piece of luggage at a cruise port terminal and when Galveston Pack and Ship received it, they were in immediate contact with me. The prices were already reasonably, but they gave me a discount and the luggage arrived in perfect condition within 24 hours. As a travel agent, I will refer my clients who accidentally do what I did to them immediately! Great customer service and business!
