I've been trying to get in contact with the coordinator to set up a supervised visit as part of a reunification process court ordered by the judge in their county for almost a month now, calling almost every day to the point that I now call multiple times a day. The one time I didn't get sent to voicemail the receptionist claimed the coordinator was not in and would call me back when she got in and has yet to do so, it's been weeks. Now no matter how many emails I send or voicemails I leave no one answers the phone much less calls me back. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff is rude and unaware of important details regarding the visitation between noncustodial parents and their children. This facility is far from a desirable place to spend time. It's run like a correctional complex and the women working there are condescending and controlling out of spite. I haven't had one enjoyable experience there other than than being able to see my son whose well-being and best interest were definitley neglected last week when he was made to sit in a soiled (poo) diaper for over 20 min because the 4Points "guards" were still making arrangements to transport other children at the same time. Huge thumbs down!! I informed the Inspector General of Georgia. Seek other providers for visitation. They exist!!!
