Very poor and unprofessional service. First off it took 2 in a half hours to get a livescan, and after all the waiting, calling his wife to make sure he was doing the process correctly, he still had to manually submit the fingerprint. After paying $55, I then had to pay to send them off to the employer. While there, I kept telling them that a form needed to be printed out. However the woman kept saying it did not.but the agency stated it did, So I had been trying to contact them from Tuesday to Thursday. When the woman finally answered at 1:30pm, I explained the situation and she stated she will have the husband take care of it. and email it back to me shortly. Then 3hrs later she stated I'll receive it in 45 minutes. It's now been 7hours later and still no form. My employer has been waiting since Tuesday for this and now I may have to file a formal complaint with the state of Georgia for not completing the fingerprint I paid for. I have several recordings, proof of emails and text sent, telephone correspondence as well. All I need is the form completed and it so sad you can't support businesses like this because of unprofessional ism. I haven't even got started on the husband who talked about the wife while telling me about a Tubi Movie score he working on and more. Very unprofessional. Did I mention I still haven't gotten the form after she said she completed it So sad and unacceptable.

Coach Shonica was amazing. Training very detailed and helpful. Coach is very communicative and always ready for any questions. My husband and I are very happy w the training and her as a person. She always gets back and helps even when her schedule is super busy.

Shonica has exceptional knowledge of the fingerprinting business. She taught me how to correctly fingerprint and provided a wealth of knowledge about fingerprinting aspects that I had never thought of before. I was in a crunch to get fingerprints done in order to renew my real estate license in a neighboring state.
