Here is my due diligence with the service I received from Ben Fierman. (Or lack of) if you want someone that has zero common sense. He’s the one. He will take your money and run. I hired him this year 2024 and it was the biggest mistake of my life. If you do decide to hire him, take a recorder in there to all of your meetings because he 100 percent has amnesia. I do know my case was super super simple and he did NOTHING. I had all of my bank statements and business records but somehow they came up with a false number on how much I made. It was a “testimonial income” I’ve never heard of that. All I know is statements do not lie. He just had another child so he took my money and ran with it. I have all my paper work organized and I did more work than he did. He does a crap job defending you. Do yourself a favor and do your research. I will be more than happy to answer any question anyone has on my personal experience.

I personally got to witness Ben fierman in court and let me tell you if I was you I would stay away from using him save your money and hire someone who actually cares. I walked into the court room my first time with no legal representation and I walked away on the better end because he had no idea what he was doing. For a civilian to walk into a courtroom and go toe to toe with someone who is supposed to be a professional and win would be embarrassing if I was that so called professional. He agreed on a price with this individual for one case the individual did not hire him for their second case after they witnessed how he was in the courtroom on the first one, then Ben tried to tack on more money to the first case when he was told he wouldn’t be hired for the second case. Then he was fired by this individual and still sent them a notice letting them know they owed him more money on the original case that he didn’t even come close to finishing before he was fired. In regards to Ben responding to Amber in her personal experience he decided to put all of this info out when she was just informing anyone else so that they didn’t get screwed over financially by him as well. He put all this out here trying to intimidate a female to boast his self esteem. In reference to your response to Amber you stated that services were terminated prior to any orders being entered that is False. Second you are also assuming online for everyone to see and speculate that she doesn’t have representation for her cases which by the way is only one case you would know that if you did your job, but she does have representation she just chose someone who better fits the outcome she is looking for. There were no reviews on this law firm for 7 months until Amber posted a review that was a 1 star then Ben reached out and called people to write reviews to make him look good and not tarnish what his father has accomplished with this law firm. Just for future reference Ben if you are going to reach out to people to have them write reviews for you that are 5 stars you should make sure that they don’t talk to anyone and let them know that you are reaching out begging for reviews that is pathetic and shows you aren’t good at your job. Myself and Amber have reached out to discuss this matter with you outside of Google with no response or call back from Ben. I can only go on what I seen but like I said if I was you I would either represent myself or hire another attorney before I even thought about using Ben.
