I spoke to Mr. Farless one day last week and though he wasn't able to take my case he gave me a lot of helpful information. I did not feel rushed off the phone and he did his very best to help without me being the impression that he was all about the money. He was professional, very kind, compassionate, and empathy for my situation. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the area where his practice is located but if I were to ever need his services and I lived where is locally I definitely wouldn't hesitate to hire him. I was referred to Mr. Floyd by another attorney. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and made me cry. I never did get to speak with Mr. Floyd. She wanted to know why the attorney referred me and would not take the case himself. Never again will I ever try to speak with him again he needs to know what a rude person he has answering his phones.

Don’t waste your time. Called to find out of they would help me. The Receptionist, before even hearing me out cut me off and said they don’t handle auto accidents, which wasn’t why I was calling. Then when I said never mind she told me good.
