Mr. Abraham was assigned to a family with disabilities by Judge Kelli Spencer. He had little notice or time to prepare. The Guardian ad Litem had NOT MET THE CHILD or reviewed parental evaluations and was clearly aligned with the Caucasian grandfather and step-grandmother to seek permanent custody. She had not interviewed or even acknowledged information from the childs primary caregiver of 500 days of her short life. MR. ABRAHAM WAS PERSISTENT IN PURSUING A TEMPORARY ARRANGEMENT despite the court wishing for quick resolution. He was amazing and helpful in a difficult environment with little regard to the future well-being of this biracial child. Systemic racism exists!
