This place is awful. They are barely open, & yet the staff there act as if they still don't want to help people. They waist time talking about unnecessary stuff with certain people instead of moving line along. They seem to be judging people instead of serving them, & always get mad at people for speaking up. This place needs to be heavily investigated asap. People need help, & they don't seem to wanna do their job.

I've been unable to work because of bad health they really don't care about anyone it seems I've been trying to get help with my food stamps case unlike some people who tend to get everything and don't appreciate it I am seeking help some people just don't care about the other ones.

they have to do better with the online account there is no updates and its so hard to get incontact with them its always leave a message then your stamps gets cut off because of there mistakes up date your online gateway

Lady went to lunch informed who would help me if I needed it when she left. Nice people in office but no one answers their phones. Trying to get elderly person some help in this office is like pulling teeth. FOUND OUT PAPERWORK TURNED IN 20 AUGUST HADNT BEEN TOUCH ITS NOVEMBER....THESE PEOPLE SHOULD ALL BE FIRED

They do not answer the phones. If you have a case worker they will Ignore You. The supervisor will never answer her phone. I have had the worst experience of my whole entire live with the Brooks County DFCS.
