If I could give a 10 star, I would.Mrs.Ella Goodman is so professional,kind,and pretty too.

She make sure I understood everything about my refund and asked me did I have any questions to make sure I fully understood before I left.

She said if I can think of anything that I may forgot,I can call her or come back and she'll be more happy to explain it for me.

She has great patience,eye to eye contact and is always making sure she gets the max return of what I can and deserve to get.

She greets with a smile and a friendly good morning or afternoon.

She makes me feel at home,even though it's a tax business.I can even email her and she will email me back in a great timely manner.

She loves to help people.I recommend everybody to her.If I ever move in my life and find me another job, I would STILL allow Mrs.Ella to prepare my taxes.

I called to schedule an appointment for a Monday I have off. It was confirmed ON THE PHONE with the woman looking right at her calendar. Got the usual confirmation text. Went back to make sure I had the right time and realized the text was to change the date to a day that I’m working. I’m assuming it’s because it’s MLK day but she should’ve known that given that she was looking at her calendar while on the phone with me. Very unprofessional not to call or try to offer a better alternative given that their actual hours are not the ones listed on their website. Really expected more from a place with such good reviews.

Returning customer here and I am so pleased with the service that Ella & ECG Financials offer me every yr. I am not available during her hours for a walk in appt but that's fine because they offer Zoom appts. Uploading the information onto their secure site is easy and there is a place to ask questions or leave comments. They respond in a timely manner and take the stress out of doing my taxes. Turnaround time is quick also. I would definitely recommend this small business and group of knowledgeable ladies. Thank you again!

Ella has done my taxes for the last 3 years and I would never trust anyone else to do them. She always does everything she possibly can to make sure she can get you everything back in your tax return that you need and deserve!
