I can't thank Nancy and DeVetter Law enough! My father had surgery scheduled for a Monday in GA where he lives. He was VERY worried the surgery would go poorly. I flew in on Thursday night with all his documents (living will, POA, last will) from PA. Our PA lawyer and my father's trusted nurse advised us to redo our documents with a GA lawyer. We didn't know if it would be possible, we only had 1-2 days. DeVetter Law listened to our story and took care of everything. All our documents were written so clearly, my father and I were both very comfortable with the entire process. All my father's special requests were outlined and he was confident if anything went wrong (BUT it didn't!!), his wishes would be carried out.
