David was very knowledgeable before signing up for services. He took his time and answered all of my questions. After paying the fee to join as a client, I never heard from David or his company again. I tried several times reaching out asking for assistance with tax filing for my small business and personal, left several messages with a office staff member and sent several emails. I have not heard from anyone and it’s been over a year. I had high hopes for this company after reading so many positive reviews.

David was nice and informative during our consultation however after deciding to do my taxes with him it’s taken over 3 weeks to get them worked on. His team reached out a little over a week after I provided all the needed docs and gave me a draft and asked several questions to which I provided answers too. I asked about the draft since the refund amount seemed a little off and I didn’t hear back until tax day at which point they didn’t answer my question and instead they tell me that they are going to ask for an extension... It was just very inconsiderate on their part to not communicate with me that things are taking longer then expected and to not update me so then I had to reach out to someone else to get them done last minute. I emailed them back after they emailed me on tax day and they have yet to respond with some explanation or apology or anything really. I’m sure they do a great job and I really wanted to work with them but they clearly have a lot on their plate and just don’t communicate well.
