If I could give this place a negative star, I would. But it would not let me post. Horrible service. The owner does not have a clue what he is doing. He'll do your taxes and when something is wrong (and believe me it will) He will never fix it. took him a year to solve something that could've been done in weeks. very irresponsible, does not follow up on anything. He does not call you back when you leave him messages. I had to get my documents from them and have someone look them over, and I'm finding the crap that he did with my taxes that now I have to deal with. You'll thank me later. stay away from this place

I try to only leave good reviews but the service and respect is HORRIBLE. If you aren't of a "certain preference" don't expect to get good service. Last year I understood due to covid the reply time but this year isn't any better.

I had an 11 am appointment. Arrived at 10:43. Waited until 11:51 and still no show. I was told to either come back or call. I called a few hours later just to get a rude attitude from Hector. His words, "go to who did my taxes last year, he cant help me." I'm not sure if he was upset due to the previous year I wanted him to do my taxes, instead his wife did them and I end up oweing. I asked her if he could do it since normally he "plays with the numbers for us self employed people ". She told me NO. Therefore I did not file my taxes with them and went with another company. I decided to give them another try again this year since it clearly says "ADVOCATE" and I sincerely needed some help with understanding my back taxes. I guess it was the worst mistake I could have made because they had me scan documents, and scheduling appointments that he was a no show. I ask myself if it was someone else would he have not shown or even given an apology. Probably not.

I've seen how they treat and talk to "certain preference" people and the conversations and service is are wonderful especially today. Point is they may have been in business for years but the service is unprofessional and disrespectful to those who don't appear to their likings. Im only writing this review to warn those of people like myself don't even waste your time. Its not worth it.

DON'T DO IT.

PLEASE IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PEOPLE DO! They stole close to $1400 from me and my husband's refund by putting a diferent bank account. When I call for a explanation the acted like they didn't know what happen.

$ 1400 de mi reembolso y de mi esposo poniendo una cuenta bancaria diferente.
Cuando llamé para controntarlos actuaron como sí no tuvieran idea.
