Dustin and the team have been amazing! He has helped my family, and I navigate through a very stressful time not only with professionalism but also with empathy. I once had a lawyer in Atlanta years ago, whom i talked with personally, maybe twice during an entire case. He always had an assistant talk to me, and i had to call them if i wanted an update. Not Dustin. Although he has an amazing and helpful team whom i love to talk to when i call, they transfer me right to him so he can personally take my calls and he calls me to update me and ask how i am doing. He talks to you like a person and not a case number or simply another client to deal with. He also listens to all my stupied questions, and i appreciate that a lot lol!

Everyone in this office appears to be extremely friendly. And I don't know if it's everyone but from my experience they don't return phone calls or notify you of upcoming events.

I have to admit I was skeptical about hiring anyone after our accident. After much research we met with Cromartie Law and Dustin was appointed to us. From start to finish he was always communicating about what was going on and was always keeping our best interests. The poorest excuse of a lawyer I have ever seen in 60 years. Led us on for over a year . Must be under staffed. Very little communication. Lied to us on multiple things. Do not recommend for any case!!…. …………. OK Now the review above was answered by Cromartie.. I can’t post another or respond….so I’m editing. I went to Cromartie when my mom was in hospital for a broken hip.. she was recovering from surgery when a hospital nurse got her up from bed put her in a chair with no restraint, then left her in the room for 30 minutes with door closed. Another room called nurse station because they couldn’t hear the alarm and my elderly mom screaming… ok this broke

my mom’s other hip. My sister and I were very upset… We went to Cromartie the next day. They seemed Awesome and had no doubts on a neglect case Great Cromartie was the man!! Then the hospital got rid of her to a nursing home said they could do nothing, Sadly she died a few days later….Long story short…Cromartie said get coroner report. We did ….death by complications of 2nd broken hip…Ok Cromartie said now a wrongful death suit would be filed.. would rather have my mom back, but ok let’s get them, over a year later last week they called and asked me and my sister to come in .After phoning them a few times over the last couple of months with mostly no response except for asking questions about what we had already been over in the original big meeting….Sooo we go to meet with them last week and after listening to him saying we can’t win a wrongful death suit because the doctor said she died from internal bleeding and we couldn’t prove the hip was to blame. With no autopsy. I seen what he was saying, didn’t agree but I listened. Ok then I felt he was dropping the case, I then asked what about the documents with the Dr. lying to us which he has on documents from hospital which proves that they lied to cover the negligence… he answered by saying looking like he forgot about the negligence that oh yeah you have a good negligence case. I then asked nicely after an hour and a half of him trying to say he is dropping us because of what the dr said . I saw where he was going I then asked him if he was dropping us, and he said yes…up till this time I was a very nice and respectable client, I then I started to overload. Didn’t say anything except told my sister let’s go. I said nothing else, when I got home I was very upset.. no justice for mom.. WOW. I then wrote the top review.. I saw where they responded today. My experience with HL Cromartie Law Firm. The Law Firm is outstanding. The receptionist was always nice,very nice. My Attorney Dustin Banks went way and beyond. I have had many, many attorneys. I believe Dustin Banks is the greatest of them all. He was caring, understanding, and most of all ( he listen ). He took my case seriously to heart . He is honest. Every single thing he said he was going to do he did. I did not have to wait for days for a phone call back because he was on it . He returned my calls. I stood in the rain after a business meeting . I was waiting on a ride. Dustin Banks stated that he will send for me a cab. I thank him once again, ( for all the hard work and dedication ). God Bless
