I went to the Courtesy Finance branch in Rome, Georgia, on the 31st of January 2025 as a walk-in. I explained to them that I have a situation and that I am a victim of identity theft and need some money to hold me over until I get my situation taken care of.The first lady I met was Kendall. She said in a friendly tone, let's see what I can do for you and began doing the necessary. She and her colleagues Daphne and Robert each had a hand in helping me get the financing I needed. The process took about an hour, but that's due to our friendly small talks. I received the finances I needed deposited into my bank account within 2 hours after our appointment. Absolutely great people who work here. Shannon was fantastic and great at her job. Very polite, friendly and professional. Recommend this place for anyone needing a small or big loan. Very helpful even though I had an issue getting one of the documents that was needed. They still helped me and worked with me. Was able to fill the application out online and then come in to sign the paperwork. Very fast process. Will be using them again. Highly recommend this place!!!!!
