My Father lives in Georgia and he did not have a Will set up yet. Since I live in Massachusetts, I searched Google for attorneys in the Atlanta area that would be able to draft and create a Will and Testament for my Father. I called 4-5 different law firms, but I was most satisfied with Attorney Clark due to his level of expertise and professionalism. Clarke's Law Office was very professional and timely with our case. We seeked their help when our case was at its worst. In September 2019 I received a letter from USCIS giving me only 30 days in the US( my husband's and I petition for change of status was denied) and that was a month after I submitted more evidence upon their request (Notice of Intent To Deny). I gave them everything my husband and i had, from bank statements, Bills, car insurance, photographs with friends and family etc. We had initially filed our case on our own and without professional help. These were the exact same things we supplied Clarke's Law Office with when they started working on our case (Appeal/Re-open) in September and after 6 months of submission, we received a letter to say my husband's petition has been approved. In July 2020 we received another letter that my I-485 has also been approved. I received my green card in August in the mail. I felt overjoyed because all of this took place during Covid-19 season when everything seem to be failing. The Clarkes did not turn us away even though our case with USCIS was over 2 years old and and at that dark place where we thought we couldnt get a breakthrough. We were preparing for the worst. I am sharing these bits and pieces of my experience to say, do not take on these giants by yourselves, consult Clarke's Law office because they have the expertise to successfully handle your case. If you should come across this review, and is seeking help with immigration matters, please do not hesitate to contact Clarke's Law Office. I chose them because of reviews that I read on their website and I have now returned to say they are among the best you can find. They are very encouraging and understanding. Talking to them was a breeze. It felt just like you are talking to a good friend who will not judge or scorn you because of your situation. They provided us with the comfort and piece of mind through those 6-9 months that our case was being reviewed. I cannot thank them enough.

I am forever grateful to have found Atty. Y. Clarke to guide me to prepare my Will and other pertinent documents. I tend to be a procrastinator. However, the recent untimely death of a lifelong friend shook me and made me understand how important it is to my family to have a Will in place. Because my friend had a Will, her husband and children were able to navigate the complex “after transition” “What do we do now?” processes much easier. I have peace of mind and actually sleep better.
