they haven’t sent me the yearly registration papers in two years now. last year i had paid for it to be sent through the mail and it never came. i went in person to get it and had to pay again even though it was over two weeks like they were talking about. i never received the papers or the sticker at any point through the year in the mail and my mom gets hers just fine so it’s not a problem with the mail.

You couldn't ask for an entire cast of people who are so positively responsive to your needs and who move quickly to help get matters resolved. Regardless of whether you're dealing directly with the commissioner's office, the tax office, animal control or other specific personnel, these people all genuinely demonstrate the most professional and courteous assistance possible.

With all that is happening in this country, it brings great comfort to know that the local government personnel of Chattanooga County remain so steadfastly positive, friendly and helpful. We very genuinely offer a 5-star rating because it is well-deserved.

I am totally disabled and my name is Deborah Brown I have a pontoon that is not worth no more than $1,000.00 and Chattooga county Tax office is saying that it's worth $9100.00 how ridiculous is that, I have contacted Atlanta to 4 different departments even Brian Kemps office and shown pictures of the pontoon and we filed an appeal and lol they still say that it's worth $9100.00 everyone in this county needs to contact Brian Kemps office and inform him about your appeals

they should make it where you can pay you tag or property taxes online. i went to paid my property taxes today and there not maintaining social distancing. when i walked out of the building i had to walk trough about 12 people.
