As you will see from Screenshots of our Exchanges, James quite politely initiated contact via Text after I tried calling the number listed on his website. I opted not to leave a Voicemail, but James followed up via Text before I even had time to look up the next Recommended Business in my Google Search Queue.

I soon Vetted him over the phone, just to get a better sense of the man's Voice and Temperament while arranging for him to Notarize a Power-of-Attorney document my friend in Chattanooga needed in order for me to help her get her Divorce finalized in TN. Since she had originally filed for Dissolution in Lancaster, CA (about 1:45 drive NE of Los Angeles, where I live) it was still pending and therefore her Local Legal Counsel could not Officially file in TN until her original Dissolution was Dismissed here in CA.

My friend tends to be a bit Scatter-Brained, so it cannot be Overstated just how much James goes the Extra Mile with his Patience and Joviality when she had to Reschedule their meetings numerous times. I was more than happy to Compensate James for each of his days' Travel until he was finally able to Notarize all her Documents.

Furthermore, James included in his Services the Mailing of each original Document to my address... and even provided the 3rd Party "Proof of Service" to her now Ex-Husband that was necessary for the rest of the process to go Smoothly and accordingly to the Letter of the Law.

To top it all off, James then Proactively followed up with me several days later-- since we had not spoken much in the interim-- to see how everything was coming along.

James was very nice and helped us out when we didn't have an officiant for our wedding yesterday. We met him while we were in line at the courthouse and he was free during our planned time. Excellent service!! I called James in a panic on a Saturday morning. I explained to him that I had a closing scheduled on Monday in Florida but my clients were located in Tennessee. James went to my clients home, notarized all the documents, then overnighted them back to me in FL. He literally took care of everything! So thankful for the help getting my document apostilled. I didn’t even know what an apostille was and james made the process so easy for me. Dropped by the house in the evening and had me sign the document and handled everything from there. Super simple. If i have any other paperwork, i’ll definitely call again.
