Centered for Life offers a multifaceted Christ-Centered holistic approach to finding the root of our emotional pain. Our family entered their doors very broken. We each carried our pain very differently. Centered for Life used a variety of methods to help each of us process uniquely through our pain. Learning the affects trauma has on our brain, made it even a greater gift to realize they offered services like EMDR, Neurofeedback Therapy, traditional Counseling and Group Classes. If you are looking to heal from past or present wounds, I can not recommend their services enough. Finding your true self and walking in healing, is a gift that everyone should give to themselves.

An absolute oasis for healing and a hidden gem in our community. They comprehensively (Body, Soul and Spirit) and individualistically approach care with both a biblical foundation and the latest evidence-based techniques and modalities. They offer individual/couples/family clinicsl counseling, neurofeedback, EMDR, Splankna, Life Coaching, Spiritual Direction and have many psycho-educational groups (including Boundaries classes). There is nothing like this in the region...maybe even the country. The office is beautiful and peaceful, the staff gracious and welcoming and the counselors are well trained. Run, don't walk.
