A lot of people rate places like this low because they don't get what they want, immediately.
In all reality, this location is pretty great. The staff are friendly and helpful. But just like any government building, your attitude will be matched. Go in respectful, get treated respectful.

I have tried calling and I have been told before they are short staffed and only opened on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I understand about being short staffed but I do have to call another office to make sure on any of my cases.

I am going threw the same thing as jelly Aj posted. They never called me for my appointment but said they will close my case if I don't have my interview in 2days and I have been calling my Caseworkers supervisor and her supervisor as well still have not gotten anyone on the phone.

why give people case workers? Just for them not to call on your appointment date?I even called up here to see what’s going on just to be brought to automated voicemail. Then, it says submit social security number, birthdate, or client ID. Just for it to say there’s no case worker given to me. However, the paper says I have a case worker. Case worker doesn’t answer the phone. I believe they’re giving people case workers who are no longer employed at this facility. Just so they can say they’re “working”. This place definitely needs to be investigated because this is not the first time this has happened to me. I previously would call my case worker and the person over the case worker. Just for not one of them to pick up their phones. Then, get denied for benefits just because my case was never reviewed by anyone or I could never even get a call for an interview ever after one has been set.

My benefits were stolen from someone in New York and I never received a card at the time finally got it couple days ago filled a report at defax and still haven't got any benefits back on my card. Don't get anything else till next month and nobody won't answer the phone or call me back

Very rude an unprofessional people. I have went up there 4 times in the past few weeks and they tell me something every time, and now they have closed my case and I have been waiting on a call from a caseworker for 2 weeks and never received one.

Every time I go to get some assistance the girls are ALWAYS kind friendly and happy. We talk and have a chuckle or 2. They are an asset to this Dept. What they must put up with. Rude mean folks often. Chin up girls your doing God's work.
