Brookhuis Law is great. John knows his stuff and he made the whole process painless. I was discharged within a few months. Thank you!!
John is great, he knows his stuff. I sent him everything he requests prior to our consultation. He input everything so the consultation meeting went quickly. I paid the fee and he filed the same day. Within a few days, I had my Trustee Appointment scheduled. He was early and he made sure I was well prepared for the session. He was attentive and addressed all my questions and concerns promptly.

Deciding to file bankruptcy is a very stressful and some respect defeating decision; however, being represented by John at Brookhuis Law, LLC was the best decision I made shortly after the decision to go through with filing for bankruptcy. When searching for representation, I spoke with 3-5 different lawyers at different firms. They were pushy, somewhat arrogant, and did NOT take the time to listen to my case; I was treated as just a number. If you choose John to represent you, that will NEVER be the case. I had a lot of anxiety about filing bankruptcy as I had worked extremely hard to get my credit to almost an 800 credit score. Due to several surgeries and medical problems, I had to quit work and file for disability. This process took me 3 years. During this time I lived off of credit cards. I did everything I could to keep them current and even though I never missed a payment, I watched my credit score drop to the low 500's. When I went in to see John, he was so compassionate, calming and understanding. He assured me that based on my situation this was the best thing for me. He never made me feel bad and always was comforting in his words. I would highly recommend Brookhuis Law for anyone that finds themselves in a situation where they need to file bankruptcy!! He truly is a blessing and a joy to work with!!!
