This office does not have a receptionist so good luck on contacting them. I tried to get a return phone call for over 2 weeks. I left messages, I emailed them with NO response. Today when I called the Jax office answered (not the 1st time) all they want to do is transfer me to the Kingsland office. So, I left another message stating I have been leaving messages with no response. I finally got a phone call back and was told there was a direct line to their office and then she insinuated I was calling the wrong number. Are you kidding me? I assure you I was not. When I was in your office over 2 weeks ago how come no one told me about this direct number? Why wasn't I given a business card? When you did finally check the messages how come no one called me back? I was told the email I sent was received but was forwarded to the attorney. Why couldn't you at least email me back to tell me something, anything. I have wasted so much of my time over this. A lawyer's office with no one who answers the phone. Nice. Hire a receptionist already.

5 stars with no hesitation! Patrick Sullivan and his staff went above and beyond for me and my son after our pretty scary car accident.. acci are incredibly patient and so thorough.
