Love Jackie and her staff. Extremely professional and always on top of the latest and greatest when it comes to Taxes and current laws! They truly care about me and my family and they are extremely expeditious with returning calls, sending emails and making sure everything is done right. I have used them for almost a decade now, and I can truly say that they know exactly what they’re doing and make sure you get the best refund possible as allowed by law. For years, my wife and I have our tax returns done by a well-known tax preparation company. For the year 2021, we owed the IRS a large sum and we felt that the tax preparer didn’t take the time to go beyond the confines of the company’s software to get the deductions we deserved to lower our tax bill. Always a good experience with Jackie. It’s best to set up an appointment with her to ensure you get taken care of in a timely manner. Otherwise, she does get really busy (she is good)! She’s been doing my taxes for over 4 years now. Highly recommended!
