We unfortunately ! had our Powder Springs, GA home closing scheduled thru Vickey Atkins at the Atkins law firm in Rockmart, GA in March, 2022. This was recommended by our also unfortunately! real estate rep. Heather Soukup. We didn't receive the closing statement for several weeks after closing. Also Vickey didn't contact the HOA Co. and provide them closing confirmation. If it hadn't of been for the very friendly and professional receptionist Sherri I doubt if we would of received our documents. We DO NOT recommend Vickey Atkins for any legal assistance .

Vickey does a great job. She answers emails in a timely manner. She's very reasonably priced. She's the only attorney we use when closing on properties.

I called this firm on three occasions, upon finding severe termite damage in my home. I was told it may take a couple of weeks, but that an attorney would get in touch. Numerous weeks later, and still nobody has called. Very disappointing.
