I will never go to American tax In griffin ga they are rude and very unprofessional no customer service skills and they file me without me signing papers i will never go back again Griffin American tax is horrible

We have been using American tax in griffin for 4 years now. We had a few issues with our taxes in the past, and Ms. Adrien has straightened everything back out and got all of our info correct. Everyone up there has always been friendly and helpful with any issue we have had. They have been very patient and answered any questions we have had.

Adriane Crosby Is very unprofessional I applied for the $1,000 Christmas loan And I was told I was kicked out the system and doesn’t know why . I asked for her to resubmit my paperwork I was told that it was to late even tho the payments wasn’t sent out yet now I haven’t received Christmas loan no taxes no child tax credit no nothing all the information she has is correct nothing has changed I contacted her October 15th she told me that she will go back in the office on the 16th or either the following Monday which is the 18th I still haven’t heard a reply back from her last year my child went without a Christmas because of Adriane Crosby once again she is not responding and now I’m taking matters into my own hands I don’t recommend this place at all !!!
