Any other business would be closed with all these 1 star ratings. They’re the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. These poor kids are the ones missing out. Unfortunately not enough is done to make men accountable. Children are left with 1 income households due to the negligence of this administration. Would be great for my son to receive the amount that’s ordered in court. Changes need to be made enforcement needs to happen. The amount the state gets is different from the amount they’re supposed to give my son. No one has been helpful and you won’t hear anything for months/ years.

HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional customer service representatives and case workers that have the mindset of a 16 year old with teenage angst. I should have know the process would have no end in sight last year when speaking with one of the supervisors about why it was taking so long to serve my child’s father…. The response being they hired a private entity to serve him instead of the sheriffs office and “it was hunting season…. these things take time” 🤯 ( took them august to end of November to serve him WITH having his address)
Okay looking forward to today; half year later.
They have served his father (finally) and a determination of child support and back pay was supposed to be configured. Months later and many phone calls…. Nothing. I’m sure once an amount is determined (if ever) it won’t be fully enforced. So frustrating and left feeling completely defeated.

No help at all! Can't get answers from anyone. They do not enforce or try to recover anything. Extremely frustrating I don't qualify for any state benefits or help of any kind. Yet someone that owes well over 10k in child support isn't made to pay a cent and can live their best life buying an expensive home and owning several vehicles while running a business out of their home and also lying on their taxes. Hard to make ends meet especially after covid and having no income for a lengthy time putting everything behind.

A lot of reviews I read are from people assuming it is an unfair system to just the person who owes. This is not my experience. They are titled "enforcement and recovery" but I was straight up told they do not enforce or recover, they are just a third party to distribute. Really? But yes, really...I have back child support owed and constantly just do not receive it. I just assume I won't ever get it and consider it a happy bonus if I get anything (I have received payments for one penny! 😂). What a joke. Granted, my ex should be less of a waste, but I really used to think the state helped with things like this and they are no help. These stories of people losing licenses or tax refunds are NOT something that happens in my case. He has all the fund he wants and pays npthing for our child and this dept does exactly zero to help. I decided the stress wasn't worth it anymore, but posting this review is. This department is extremely flawed and the people are mostly very rude (not all, but definitely most).

Why isn’t this scumbag excuse for a state enforcement building not yet shut down?
The government makes the rules for the rest of us, but yet can’t even run the basic functions that would shut down any business out there.
That’s the government everyone elected 👍🏼

This is the most horrendous institution to deal with. They cannot get their facts straight, and outright lie about what "facts" they have. They automatically assume that the one receiving support is truthful and the one paying support is not. In fact I was told by one agent that I was not offered due process in providing evidence against a false claim because I was the "perpetrator" yet she had no idea what I perpetrated other than having a good job and greedy ex. Despite the fact that I don't owe any past-due child support, and have a letter from the cancelling a hearing I requested because they finally agreed that I don't; they still seized my Federal Tax return for "past due child support". They also have sent correspondence to my employer stating that I have "past due child support" which again is fallacious. There is no working with these people, they feel that whatever they do is right and no evidence is going to convince them otherwise. When I have asked to speak to a supervisor in the past I have been laughed at when I was there in person, and I waited until the end of the day and was told "oh I guess no one is going to be able to see you" after waiting well over an hour that I had to take out of my busy day. I have called and have not received calls back. This corrupt system works hand in hand with the corrupt family court system in this state to steal what doesn't belong to them with zero accountability. This organization needs to be overhauled!

Worst experience ever, if I could give zero stars I would. When I first applied, I got the packet, was confused on some info to put so I called the women who “deals with it all” never got a call back then got a letter saying they were reducing my TANF. Called back again upset because I couldn’t afforded that at the time and was just BARELY making it while waiting to get help with daycare, left an upset voice mail telling her I couldn’t afford this and no one called me back. She proceeded to call me back very angered and tells me she did call me but it didn’t go through and she does a one time call only but then says well you didn’t answer the phone but yet just said something different. But she could send me another packet but not a letter saying she called me? I ask if he’s been served because I was just really confused because I haven’t done this before and she continued to say that I “ was the only one holding it up”. She just was a really nasty, unhappy person. I finish the paperwork then misplaced it. I was moving so no big deal, figured I’d wait because I don’t want to deal with her anyways and then I get served for “refusing”. All around just horrible experience and really unprofessional. By the looks of these reviews I’m not the only one she’s been absolutely awful to.

Well I can’t say it’s this offices fault, but the system is corrupt! If you owe $10,000- it’s a felony. Well my Ex owes over $100,000- hasn’t paid a dime since 8/22, they won’t issue a felony. He left state with a warrant for non compliance and they shrug their shoulders and say- oh just a bench warrant nothing major. They say it has been reported to his credit- yet it’s not on there!
