Much like a lot of the other reviews, the communication at this firm goes downhill very quickly once you reach a settlement. So much that I didn't hear from Mr. Gaskins for two weeks after settling. Then I find out he had left the country (there is at least one other review saying he did this to them as well). It didn't sit right with me so I went to my local police department and they offered to call them. Suddenly I finally get my check two days later. All I wanted was an update, or even to let me know he was going to be leaving the country ironically right around the time we just settled for a large sum of money. But instead I never received a text, email, or call back. Anyone in their right mind would think this is a red flag.

I don't know if this firm actually had any ill intent, but this is just my experience and the police told me they would have done the same thing which led me to believe my gut was right.

A family member was referred to Gaskins & Gaskins PA regarding representation. When contacting the office, and speaking with "Herman Gaskins" he rudely said "he was not able to represent" and disconnected the call! I have never heard or experience this level of unprofessionalism by an attorney in my life! I'm sharing this information for future potential clients awareness.

Mr. Gaskins personally took my call and took care of my speeding ticket very quickly and with an excellent outcome. Not only was I saved from doing an hours long safety course, but there were no points on my license....and all for a very reasonable fee. All it took was one quick phone call to the right lawyer!!! I wholeheartedly would recommend Mr. Gaskins for traffic violations.

THEY SUCK!! They charged me for physical therapy that I didn't own. They haven't tried getting my $5506 back from them. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
