I had an extremely disappointing experience with Morley and Upton. Their communication was virtually nonexistent, and they often wouldn't respond for months on end. Even after my medical treatment was completed a year ago, my case is still open with no clear resolution in sight. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation.

The first thing you need to realize about an automotive accident is nothing happens quickly. Morey & Upton will do everything they can to make it move as fast as possible but this comes down to bureaucracy and red tape from the insurance companies. From the first moment that I contacted them they stayed in touch every step of the way with clear and easy to follow instructions. They made sure that they got my bases covered and the care that I deserved when my BMW was totaled by a driver who wasn't paying attention. They got me set up with a pain management doctor, chiropractor, and physical therapist. These weren't your bargain clinics either, it was a high standard of care which I greatly appreciated. While it took longer than expected (because of the insurance companies not the firm) the end result was better than I could have expected. I am so grateful for this firm and everything they did to make sure that I got a settlement that was more than fair. Thank you to Emilio, Suzi, and Mr.Upton for all the hard work on my case. I appreciate more than you know. If you are on the fence about going with this firm, stop looking and go with them I promise you won't be disappointed.

I wanted to share my experience with Morey & Upton who I hired to handle my auto accident case. I am so extremely satisfied with my case worker Mona Marquez who handled my case with perfection and professionalism. She communicated with me every step of the way so I was always well informed about what was going on with my case. She helped me to understand the process and always got back to me in a timely manner and I really just appreciated working with her. After moving to California a couple of years ago I was hit by a vehicle while riding my bicycle home from work. I had no idea of what to do or how to take care of myself after the accident. Things were already complicated. I had just upped & moved to California with little to know social network, career network, very little cash, and a full-time student. From the moment I called Upton & Morey they guided me through the process of recovery. They offered only the best suggestions and provided support when I was ready to give up. It was long process recovering. If I can recommend anything, it would be patience to anyone that has to go through recovering from an accident. All of my medical bills were taken care of, I received phenomenal medical care, and I was fairly compensated. I can’t thank their team enough. I am forever grateful for the service they provided me.

Wanted to give a shout out to this law firm that helped me out with a case that other firms turned down. My case manager Mona M. was extremely customer service focused and professional, It got to a point that I was talking to a friend. Kevin was another associate that was a pleasure to work with. Dealing with such high caliber service these days in an unfortunate circumstance was overwhelming. This firm will take good care of you. They must have high standards when they hire someone. Every time I dealt with them, you could tell they were smiling. The settlement right before the Holidays didn't hurt. "MERRY CHRISTMAS".
