The lady who massaged me spent more time talking to her cowworker then massaging me. Then while still in the middle of my massage she asked me to give her a higher tip. No water was given and when the massage was over it was abrupt. They just flipped me over and said it was done. At the end one lady have me the recipt again to pay more tip while the other lady stared down my receipt and read my tip amount aloud to the other lady.

Went for a couples massage and we got. Rubdown. Should have known as they asked for payment upfront and then didn’t give me my change. I was left exposed for about 6 mins while she left the room. My partner didn’t even get his feet rubbed. I swear they just rubbed us no pressure no care.

Then argued with us on a tip. I don’t know why they just don’t charge what they want to get paid for the service. The sign says tips are appreciated but they are really required.

No water was offered. Nothing. Will never go here again. You are better off going across the street next to 7-11. At least you walk out with a massage.

This was my past review [DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. This place was a great place for a couple massage but not anymore. Me and my husband used to go to this place very regularly and even purchased an annual membership. Our last experience was worst! We booked an appointment for one hour and we arrived they said they don’t have enough staff so they can do only 30 minutes to which we agreed and went into the room and they made us wait more that 20 minutes. Even then we just kept quiet because sometimes it happens. But once they started the session, the two ladies kept talking to each other all 30 minutes and in between they kept going out to attend other customers. This is the worst massage we ever got it was just a rub down not a massage. And they were demanding to tip more and tried to take away our membership cards. When we requested to talk to the manager, they called a guy who was claiming to be the owner. When we explained the whole situation his response was so rude. ZERO customer satisfaction!]

This is my updated review! We’ve been to the couple massage again and as promised Angela made sure that me and my wife got the best massage. We’ve been to the massage more than twice after loving their massage. This is the best massage parlor in the area! I’m gonna give 5/5 for their service!

This is my previous review - [Me and my wife used to get a couple massage from this place very often. We felt good and also took the annual membership. After a long time, we went back to this place for a couple massage by taking an appointment prior for 1 hour. On arrival, we were told that they can do only for 30 minutes by saying that they are busy and no enough staff, to which we agreed after few minutes of conversation since the lady can’t speak English. After going inside the massage room, they made us wait for more than 20 minutes. Even during massage they kept going out to attend other customers and when in the room they kept talking to each other which was so annoying because we went there for relaxation. After the massage, we gave them a tip which they didn’t like and asked us to tip them more. Then they took away our annual membership card saying that it is only for one time use. We tried to explain them that it is not a guest card but a membership card which we bought but they weren’t able to understand. When we asked to see their manager, they called a person. We haven’t seen him before because we visit this place very frequently. We explained him the whole situation and he was so rude. I think the management has changed, it’s all new people. We felt so disappointed and left the place. We decided not to go back again even though we have an active annual membership. This place is not even worth of a single star.]

I’m writing this review because I, initially, sent a negative one. I have since deleted it and want to write another review. I actually went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage the day after Mother’s Day. Staffing was low and the massage therapists were exhausted. They had very little left to give my daughter and I which made for a substandard massage. Almost immediately after I left the previous review I received a text and call from this establishment. Management sent their apologies and wanted to rectify the bad experience as soon as possible. I just happened to be available that next morning so my daughter and I went back and received very incredible service. The massages were definitely deep tissue, great technique and a the therapists were very kind and apologetic. They didn’t ask me to take the negative review down, I decided to do that myself because of how quickly they were to try again for free. I definitely will be going back because the quality of that last massage was amazing for the price they are charging. I will take advantage of the value as long as it is available. My favorite thing about this place is the back walking. She always hits all the right spots. I like firm massages and that’s what I get. I’m always leave a happy customer. Trust me this place takes all the stress out your body 😉

My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage on Valentine's day that part was great and very relaxing! My complaint is that the masseuse Demanded a $20 tip a piece from each of us when it was over. We had paid the $100 plus a $20 tip before the massage was given. On top of that, they charge you $4 to process your card payment. We were told initially $120 and ended up paying $164. Please be aware of the hidden fees if you book an appointment here also pay with cash to avoid a processing fee.

Facility was quiet and clean and the staff was really nice. Most of the massage felt more like a rub down than an actual massage; every now and then she threw in some pressure point techniques. But felt good and relaxing nonetheless. She also used hot stones which was a nice touch. It is a Full body massage, so if you aren’t comfortable with your lower region, specially the rear, being touched, probably not the place for you. But I will say, I went in fairly sore all over and left feeling 10x better.

$60 for 60 min, $90 for 90 min; I’d bring cash or use their ATM with $1 service fee
