If at all possible, mediation is the way to go. Brynne is amazing at answering questions, drafting the agreement, and making the process more manageable. There isn't a "Us vs. Them" feeling when you go in there. The time it saved my ex and I has allowed us to move on with our lives.

We had a mixed experience with Brynne. Our initial 15 minute consultation went very well. We could tell that Brynne is kind, empathetic, and has a lot to offer clients. While we were in the process of being set up as clients, we exchanged some emails back and forth and received replies, but then as we got closer to our first appointment communication between us and Brynne was at a cadence that did not align with our personal needs in a mediator. We chose to go in another direction. Divorce is a very emotional process and we were at a peak point of disagreement. I'm sure Brynne is an excellent fit for many clients, but was not for us at the time.

I chose to write this Google review because after over a month of not engaging with Brynne, she billed us for her time in the email exchanges we did have with her. These were emails regarding being set up as a client, questions about the mediation process, and setting our first appointment. This was surprising to us and did not come with context that the bill was coming. It was also backdated so it would claim being overdue, even though it was the first time we received it. For those that do wish to proceed with her services, be aware that billable hours begin after the 15 minute free consultation.

Brynne was excellent! She maintained calm, focus and professionalism while we worked to draft our divorce dissolution agreement. She was very responsive to texts & emails. I'm grateful that she got us successfully headed down the path of least drama and now we can both begin our new lives. I would highly recommend collaborative mediation as a cost effective way to solve a potentially expensive problem.

Friendly, but is not informed on all actual court laws and regulations. I would not recommend going with Lotus Mediation. I had to constantly have my layer fix many huge mistakes that would have left me worst than just going to court.

Brynne helped us sort through a difficult separation. We were an unmarried couple, but Brynne was still able to work with us. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure both parties left the appoitnment feeling ok about what was discussed. I also feel her rates were very fair.
