Where do I start with this guy? He will bill you 300$ an hour for taking down information necessary for your case and then show up to court/ mediation without it! What a lame duck potato of a lawyer. Clearly he needs to retire. He showed up to court late and then just sat there. He didn’t argue for me or even try. He literally just scribbled on my file for the billable time. Later he then charged me for 2 full hours for mediation that lasted less than 5 minutes because he failed to fill all my financial information that had been done at his office with plenty of time in advance. He and his ancient secretary lost my tax information! His office is a disaster! Stacks of important clients case info just piled everywhere totally unsecured! What a waste of 2500$ Run as fast as you can from this guy he will leave you in a really bad spot with your case! Good luck getting a hold of him when you need it! You have been warned!!!!!

I was very anxious on hiring another attorney with my custody case from a attorney I retained in Logan in 2020 that was not even on my side, and stole money that was owed to me. I happen to wonder if Kim was still around because I have seen him work in action from a case 8 years ago with a girlfriend I was living with at the time going through the exact same thing and was very impressed, when I found out he had his firm still in Ogden I rushed to him with my concerns and has been very great just as I thought he would be, Find out after that not only he is a great attorney but is very extremely fair working with ya questions, concerns, payments etc, I would highly suggest if you need a attorney for any reason not just a custody case to give him a visit and you will be very happy you did,

Hands down the only attorney I'll hire because he actually works your case and always sends updates when papers are received. I'm familiar with the court system and how it all works and he's the only attorney I choose because I know he's not just taking my money..

Horrible attorney....takes your money and runs. Says he's gonna file paperwork pertaining to your case, charges you for it and never follows through with it. My case got dismissed due to him not filling paperwork in time. Had to hire another attorney to finish the job. Would not recommend him.

I would recommend Mr. Walpole for anything. I was completely satisfied and still am with the work he did and the way him and his office works for me. If at all I never need an attorney no matter the case he will be my go to hands down.

Kim was fantastic with my case. He even filed paperwork on Christmas Eve when he could have been with his family. He is fair and doesnt candycoat anything. I would recommend him.
