The services provided by Attorney Whitworth and his assistant Michelle was beyond my families expectation! After having not so great experiences with attorneys that took money and provided no assistance. Also didn't provide much hope that I had much of a chance as a non biological parent to get child back. I was almost discouraged to give up on a 14 year old whom I had raised since they was 18 months old. We were also told it would take a very long time to get done, could cost a ridiculously high fee to take case, because court calendars were backed up, it could take up to a year to get on calendar! We hired Atty Whitworth Nov 2024. As of today March 3, 2025 I have full custody! He is home and back with family & friends who love him.
