We worked with Keith on setting up our will. He and his assistant made this process extremely easy and not stressful at all. There was a lot going into it that I didn't realize I needed to think about that they brought up. They were extremely thorough and I know now that my children's future after I'm gone is taken care of. Thanks for all your help Keith!

Getting a little older and had put off documenting our succession plans for the last couple of years. My wife and I started looking to get everything in line so our sons didn’t have to battle the legal system, god forbid something happened to us. Like everyone, we started looking on line and saw all the offers for basically a do it yourself kit along with other quick fix options, but we knew that would probably cloud the picture more than clear it up. We contacted Keith at the Edwards firm and met with him about our needs. He took the time to ask questions and get all our information and more importantly offered advice on how we could best document our plans, so our sons will have a clear path on what to do once the inevitable comes to fruition. Keith and his team put everything together in a timely manner and then took the time to explain everything to us and put it in a package that will make it easy for our boys to walkthrough the details when the time comes. Beware. .. Mr. Edwards was hired well over a year ago to represent my daughter in her bankruptcy. He charged $1,500 up front to file on her behalf. After months of not hearing from him or his staff...she called. Mr. Edwards informed her he was unable to get a court date. Ok, wait another few months...still nothing. She called again, this time he was unable to process the paperwork because of "computer glitches".
Mr. Edwards finally decided he would return $800 of her initial payment (felt he should be paid for his work). I felt he should refund total amount he charged as he failed to do what he was hired to do......and readily admitted bankruptcy cases were not priorities for him. Really....he certainly put a priority on making sure he was paid. Only recourse is to sue him and report to the Georgia Bar Association.
