I honestly wish I would have never called Ruth Primm. Ruth wasted our money and wasted a tremendous amount of our time. Ruth is so incompetent she couldn’t even seem to send out emails properly. She seemed incapable of using the “reply all” function in emails and there were several times where she actually sent me emails that were for someone else’s case. Ruth would set up meetings just to cancel at the last minute, and the one meeting she didn’t cancel, she spent the entire time talking about her daughter’s wedding. After a year of Ruth stringing us along, we accomplished absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t recommend Ruth to anyone under any circumstances.

I spoke with Mrs. Ruth about filing a case against my previous landlord for not returning my deposit. From the moment I answered the phone, she was in case mode. Her knowledge, expertise, and spirit exuded. She asked for details of my potential case and immediately offered assistance. It wasn't about her fee and how much I would be charged, it was about justice for a wrongdoing. Her integrity reaffirmed my confidence in the judicial system. I highly recommend Mrs. Ruth and would have no problem paying her fee to represent me in my civil matter because I'm confident in the results she would get for me. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I called this so called law firm. hired Ruth Primm because I am having issues with the neighbor above me and the people in the office really don't want to deal with it. All Ruth did was call the corporate office of the apartments but when she called me back she was trying to convince me to move. I was charged $400 to do nothing. She said she charge $350 hr so why was I charged an extra $50. She is a rip off and all she did was call the corporate office. She could have told me from the start it was nothing she can do. Do your research before hiring a lawyer. This was totally a rip off and a waste of time. Believe me you will regret it

The attorney, Mrs. Primm, stated she didn’t believe my case was credible and that she would call the other side and ask them if I really had a case against them.

She then stated if they agreed to tell her they would settle with me, then she would take the case.

If your case is out of the ordinary and you need someone to stand up for you, choose someone who at least gives you common courtesy and doesn’t hang up the phone while you’re speaking.

That was very unprofessional and hurtful.

I know my case is credible.

I am shocked she hung up on me while I tried to explain.

I spoke to Mr. Penland. He was rude and blamed me for my current issue. He stated he could not help me. He questioned why I didn't leave the home without knowing the whole story. He dismiss me completely and stated his retainer will be 7,500 up front. What happen to kindness even among lawyers and really wanting to help to the victims against corporations.

I had one of the worst experience with both attorneys it a husband and wife team. DONT hire them for Elderly Law cases. They both are very unprofessional.
