Mr. Goldberg has been consistently untruthful, unprofessional, disrespectful and highly emotional. He has refused to use evidence in my favor or speak with a witness. He was seriously inarticulate during a hearing and could not answer questions from the judge or refute the opposing attorney with information he had for several years! He has the tendency to bully. I wouldn't refer him to Elsie the Cow. He gets a one star only because I had to.

I have long held a strong affinity for this sentiment. Now, I am forced to rethink it.

Having a good lawyer, a competent lawyer, and an intelligent lawyer advocating for you cannot be overstated.

Goldberg & Cuvillier, PC is all those things and more.

I was denied Unemployment Benefits and attempted to fight my case alone, without success, despite the facts being in my favor. Laurene Cuvillier stepped in, corrected my mistakes, and had my initial ruling reversed, thus gaining me more benefits than I anticipated. Her knowledge of procedures and case law in this area was both deep and broad. Without her efforts, I could not have prevailed.

If heaven forbid, I ever find myself in need of counsel again, rest assured that I am calling Goldberg & Cuvillier, PC immediately.

If you’re seeking an attorney that will fight for you, if you’re seeking an attorney that will not just do the bare minimum and collect their fees, if you’re seeking good communication from a hired attorney with that will help educate you on the laws/parameters of your case, if you’re seeking a sense of professionalism, and professional legal help...this is not the office you would want to do business with.
