Got pulled over for someone else that was already speeding and all I did was go around a slow driver😐. So i got a ticket for “speeding” after the fact that I went back to the speed limit. Terrible police enforcement 😂😂😂. I will not be going back to TROUP COUNTY at all !!!

Everytime I call for Information I need about my court dates or etc . No one answers the phone …. I mean they open at 8am and I’ve been calling for the past 2 1/2 hours since they’ve opened . I can’t handle anything I need on the website because I don’t have the information to put in to receive it … that’s why I need them to DO THEIR JOB AND ANSWER THE PHONE! I live an hour and a half away and this is absolutely ridiculous . I have always bad problems with these people and every time I’ve came in about something to pay a ticket or what not , I sit in their small waiting room for over 30 min while they sit at their desk on their phone smh . I’m gonna keep calling and if they do not answer within the next 30 minutes I am going to raise hell about it !!!!! They had me waiting an hour and.a half on one police car after I had been in a car wreck yesterday , called 911 as soon as it happened and they said the officer was pulling up but he didn’t pull up til 25 minutes later . Lagrange Police Department and Courthouse , DO BETTER!!

There are no signs anywhere stating nor did I recieve any advance warning they require marks. I was not told until I was walking into the courtroom well after entering the biulding. Now I have to walk around a town I am not familiar with looking for a mask to buy. I do not have to wear one where I live so I did not think of it. Then, while returning to the building I spoke with other people in the same predicament.

According to the census 55% of troup county is white but the majority of people in traffic court today are black. I guess white people don’t commit traffic infractions. Using the black population of a county to get revenue is a plague in this country.
