Staci Alexander and Jan Cohen are my attorneys. I was involved in a A collision involving a semi truck and a motorcycle, which I was riding. I had severe injuries. The entire staff at the Ken Nugent law firm was very helpful. I got the money that I deserved. Thank you, Ken Nuggett for having such a wonderful staff.

Here I am leaving a review again 6 months later. I have reached out to Attorney Lucas Griffin and not only is he rude and does not remember anything. He is still working on my case even after i told them that I no longer needed their services anymore. Once it was time to settle he stopped responding to my messages and so did his paralegal. They are refusing to send a letter to my workers comp case manager stating that he is no longer representing me. My workers comp case worker has been trying to reach out to Lucas Griffin and his office and they have yet to respond. They have been reaching out for 6 months and still nothing. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!! If they continue to work on my case without my approval there will be legal action taken towards this office.

After being in a car accident Ken’s Office and staff ensured that they would work diligently on my behalf. There was no up front cost they were paid when I was. Yes they were successful in recovering the funds needed to cover my medical bills and my physical therapy with extra for my pain and suffering. 10/10 I recommend them and will use them in the future if this ever happens again (hopefully not, but people are going to people)!

ANOTHER UPDATE UNFORTUNATLEY. IF YOU DECIDE TO HIRE THIS LAW FIRM DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW THEM TO GIVE YOU LUCAS GRIFFIN AND HIS TEAM TO REPRESENT YOU. HE IS AN AWFUL ATTORNEY WHO LIKES TO DODGE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. HE HAS LIED TO ME A NUMEROUS OF TIMES AND I HAVE THE PROOF WHERE HE IS LYING TO ME. i SIGNED MY DOCUMENTS OVER A MONTH AGO AND HE HAS BEEN DODGING ME EVER SINCE. HE ALL OF A SUDDEN EMAILED ME TODAY TELLING ME THAT HE IS IS ASKING THE INSURANCE COMPANY FOR AN UPDATE ON THE SETTLEMENT. THE WHEN I ASKED WOULD THEY HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY SINCE IT HAS BEEN WAY OVER THE TIME HE STATED THAT HE WOULD RECEIVE THE CHECK HE DECIDES TO TELL ME THAT THE STIPULATION HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED YET. IN HIS EMAIL A ENTIRE MONTH AGO HE TOLD ME IT TAKES 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET APPROVED. IT HAS BEEN WAYYY PASSED THAT. SOMEONE FROM HIS OFFICE TOLD ME LAST WEEK THAT IT WAS APPROVED AND THAT WE WERE WAITING FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO MAIL THE CHECK. THEN HE GIVES ME A TOTAL DIFFERENT ANSWER. I WILL BE REPORTING LUCAS GRIFFIN TO THE BOARD HE IS VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL AND A LIAR. DO NOT HIRE THIS OFFICE AND WORK WITH HIM
